TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL WEBSITE TRANSACTIONS
Thank you for making a donation or purchase or registering for a Workshop on Biblical Exposition. On this page, you will find our terms and conditions for all website transactions as well as information concerning our privacy policy and security standards.
Product Availability & Delivery
For online sales, all items are normally in stock and will be shipped 3 to 5 business days after we receive the order. You will be notified if, for some reason, an item is out of stock or becomes unavailable.
Pricing and Shipping
All prices (unless otherwise listed) are in $US. Illinois residents will be charged an additional 9.00% sales tax. Shipping costs are as follows:
- All media sales will be charged a standard domestic shipping rate set by Matthias Media and will be shipped via US mail, UPS, or another carrier. Larger orders should be placed via telephone at (773) 752-9876.
- International, bulk and other large orders, and special orders should be place via telephone at (773) 752-9876. Shipping will be charged at cost plus 2% for shipping materials.
Payment
Online payment can be accepted from VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. We will also accept cash, check and money order for special and bulk orders made by telephone. No items will be shipped prior to our receiving payment on orders made by telephone. Our security parameters are listed below.
Product Exchanges and Returns
No returns or exchanges will be honored for digitally distributed items (PDF documents, digital videos and MP3 recordings). Products being shipped from our distribution center fall into two categories. Sermon CDs are not eligible for return or exchange unless the shipped CD is defective. In this case, please package the item(s) carefully to ensure that they arrive in their original condition. Include the following information: name, address, phone number, reason for the return (in detail if defective), and whether you need a replacement or a refund. All other materials will are eligible for return or exchange for any reason so long as they are returned in their original condition. Workshop Registration
Workshop registration costs and their respective nonrefundable deposits will be posted on the individual workshop pages. In the event that the Charles Simeon Trust cancels a workshop in progress or prior to the workshop, a full refund of all paid fees will be made to participants who were present. In the event of a cancellation prior to the commencing of a workshop, a full refund of all paid fees will be made to all participants. Only registered and paid participants (paid partial or in full) will be eligible for a refund. Refunds will take approximately two weeks from confirmed cancellation date to return. Registration for and participation in a workshop or other training event constitutes an acknowledgment of these policies as well as an assumption responsibility while attending a workshop or other training event. Participation in a workshop or other training event also constitutes a waiver of all liability for the Charles Simeon Trust insofar as workshops and training events do not occur on Charles Simeon Trust property.

Photographic and Videographic Release
Participation in a workshop or other training events constitutes acknowledgment of photographic and video graphic release for all events (which may be recorded using any media). Participants implicitly grant the Charles Simeon Trust permission to their likenesses in a photograph or in a audio or video recording in any and all of its publications or media, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. The Charles Simeon Trust may also edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing their programs and initiatives or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, participants waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein their likenesses appear. Additionally, participants waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or recording. Participants hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Charles Simeon Trust from all claims, demands, and causes of action which they, their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on their behalf or on behalf of their estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
Errors and Omissions
We do our best to provide you with the most accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we will attempt to contact you to make you aware of the error, however, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website.
Privacy Statement
The Charles Simeon Trust and our affiliates will not distribute/sell/share customer information with other organizations under any circumstances unless compelled by local, state or federal law. Unless otherwise requested, we will periodically use 'name', 'mailing address', 'email address' or 'phone number' to promote Workshops on Biblical Exposition (with the assistance of one of our host churches). Unless otherwise requested, we will also periodically use 'name', 'email address' or 'phone number' to offer registration for our online community to participants in the Workshops on Biblical Exposition. No other information will be distributed/sold/shared.
Security
The Charles Simeon Trust and Simeon Media use an SSL certificate issued by Network Solutions to protect all transactions for books, registrations and donations (at secure.simeonmedia.org). All credit card, debit, eCheck and EFT transactions are also processed through and protected by the Authorize.net gateway or through Paypal.
